History

In July 2010, the Company was established.

In July 2010, Henan Jiayi Household Products Co., Ltd. was formally established in the Industrial Cluster of Tanghe County. The Company covers an area of 20 mu (equivalent to about 1.33 ha.), with a building area of 2,200 square meters for plants and public facilities, and has over 300 employees and managers.

In 2016, the Company was awarded “Two-star Industrial Enterprise”.

In 2016, the Company was awarded "two-star industrial enterprise" by the county government; the Company was awarded "Model Enterprise in Management in 2016" by the Industrial Cluster of the County.

In 2017, the Company formed a new company by acquisition and merger.

In 2017, the Company acquired the shares of Changhong Plastics, merged Tanghe Jiayi and Taizhou Jiayi and relocated them to Changhong, and established the new Henan Jiayi Household Products Co., Ltd., which covers an area of more than 100 mu (equivalent to about 6.67 ha.), with a construction area of more than 30,000 m² and over 800 employees. Since 2017, the Company has been awarded "Advanced Enterprise in Export and Foreign Exchange" every year.  

In 2018, the output value of the Company exceeded RMB 100 million.

In 2018, the total investment of the Company exceeded RMB 80 million, and the Company received a total of more than 500 local peasant workers and laid-off workers, making remarkable contributions to the economic development of Tanghe and local employment of peasant workers. The enterprise efficiency and employee earnings are among the highest in the County Industrial Cluster. Over the past ten years since the establishment, the Company has paid a total of RMB 200 million in wages to its employees without a single case of default. The Company has realized an output value of RMB 120 million, a total export value of USD 10 million and a tax revenue of RMB 5 million.

In 2018, the Company promoted the combat against poverty.

In 2018, during the campaign of "100 Enterprises Assisting 100 Villages" for precise poverty alleviation, the Company, headed by its founder Liu Xiaoning, donated cashes and materials amounting to over RMB 500,000 yuan, and invested in the construction of a 2,000-square-meter poverty alleviation workshop in Zhaogang Village, Zanggang Town, Tanghe County, to facilitate the poverty-stricken households to work nearby and give the most favorable wages to them, so as to promote the cause of poverty alleviation and development.  .

In 2019, the Company embarked on the path of modern business management.

1. Despite the tight financial situation, the Company invested RMB 2 million in new environmental protection equipment, significantly improving the air quality inside the wire drawing and injection molding workshops.

2. The Company was awarded multiple honors by the Henan Provincial Government, including Model Project for Migrant Workers Returning to Their Hometown in Henan Province. The Company was awarded Civilized and Credible Enterprise (Merchant) by Nanyang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and Civilization Office;

3. The Company accelerated the pace of standardized enterprise management, and successively obtained the international ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, the international ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, the international ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. 

In 2020, the products were exported to over 50 countries and regions, such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia, making the Company a major exporter and foreign exchange earner in Tanghe County.

With the strenuous efforts of all the staff in recent years, the Company now has eight production plants, with a total area of over 30,000 square meters, as well as office buildings, warehouses, staff canteens and dormitories, with a total of 6,000 square meters, and more than 500 sets of equipment such as injection molding machines, wire drawing machines and hair-planting machines. Currently, the products are being exported to over 50 countries and regions, such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia, making the Company a major exporter and foreign exchange earner in Tanghe County. The Company has made its due contribution to the local economic development of Tanghe.
